YMCA Bundaberg, Take the Plunge Cafe and Ymazing are proud to announce the relaunch of the Community Centre's conference and meeting facility. The facility can cater up to 65 participants and is typically available in half-day (8:30 am to 12 noon OR 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm) blocks. Other times can be organised by arrangement in advance.
The facility is aimed at groups, organisations and individuals wishing to deliver presentations, training or events in an inclusive and relaxed environment.
The facility caters for a variety of meetings, conferences and presentations and is available in four configurations:
- Consultation Room: Lounge style seating for up to five people. Hire cost is $35 per half day.
- Projector Room: Seating for up to 25 people. Projector is included in hire. Hire cost is $50 per half day.
- Larger Meeting Room: Seats up to 40 people. Hire cost is $50 per half day.
- Conference Room: Seats up to 65 people. Hire cost is $80 per half day.
Catering is available for all hires.
