Y Fitness Bundaberg Class Descriptions

Cage Bootcamp  - Be prepared to be in the best shape of your life, with the combination of TRX, Power Bands, Kettle bells, Ropes, this is functional training at its best!

Boxing for Fitness - The ultimate combination of boxing / kicking & cross training. Be prepared to partner up & challenge each other to your absolute limits. If you love taking our your frustrations on a bag or just love to kick and punch then this class is for you. 

YFitMix – Fitness Class with a mix of styles designed to suit all fitness levels & ages groups.

Kid Fun Fit - Games and fitness activities for children age 5 - 12 years.

HIIT 45 & 60 - High Intensity Interval Training - A heartpumping total body interval based workout.

Low Impact 'Dance Mix'- A fun low-med impact class for those who love to dance!

Latin Fusion - A fun and funky dynamic Latin exercise / dance class designed to burn away all of those unwanted kilos.

Light & Easy - Low impact gentle exercise designed for 60+ Members and others who enjoy intermediate intensity exercise

Line Dancing - Get ready to have some fun.  A fantastic class for any age.  Please wear flat comfortable shoes.

Power Bar – A powerful non-impact complete resistance workout using free weights and motivating music. Designed for strength improvements and muscle toning.

Step – A cardiovascular blast of excitement and fun using an adjustable step platform. The step routines are easy to follow; you'll have a lot of fun in this class!

TBT (Tummy, Butt and Thighs) – Awesome workout for all those important parts. The name says it all.

Walk in Water – Combined class for all levels. Held at Bundaberg Swim Academy in Fitzgerald Street. Class cost is $8.50 per person.  $3.00 to Y Instructor, $5.50  pool entry.

YCycle – Take the journey on our Studio Cycles. Experience the Tour De France, climbing mountains and sprinting the home straight. Intermediate/High intensity Cardio Cycle Workout.

Chair Yo-Lates​ - 30 minute Format.  Strength, Stretch and core development combined in a class incorporating Pilates and Yoga based moves on a chair.

Yoga – Stretch, Breathe, Strengthen and Balance your body. Discover Hatha Yoga Moves and Relaxation.  De-Stress Your Mind and Body.

Yo-Lates​ - 30 minute Format.  Strength, Stretch and core development combined in a class incorporating Pilates and Yoga based.

Heart Moves - Low impact, gentle cardio and resistance exercises.  Suitable for beginners or rehab clients.

Y-AMRAP - As many rounds as possible.  Suitable for all fitness levels.  Build strength, cardiovascular, agility and endurance.
