Power Bar - A powerful non-impact complete resistance workout using free weights and motivating music.  Designed for strength improvements & muscle toning.

Kettlebell Mix - 30 min Format.  Cardio, Resistance workouts designed to sculpt  & tone your entire body

Light & Easy - The name says it all. Low impact gentler exercise designed for seniors, beginners & those who are just getting back to exercise.

TBT – (Tummy, Butt and Thighs)  Awesome workout for all those important parts.  The name says it all. 

HIIT 30 - High Intensity Interval Training - a heartpumping total body interval based workout.

Yo-Lates - Strength, stretch and core development combined in a class incorporating Pilates and Yoga based moves.

Yoga – Stretch, Breathe, Strengthen and Balance your body. Discover Hatha Yoga Moves and Relaxation. De-Stress Your Mind and Body.

Y-AMRAP - As many rounds as possible.  Suitable for all fitness levels.  Build strength, cardiovascular, agility and endurance.

Pilates - Improves Flexibility, strength, balance, breathing & develops a strong core.
