What is Support Coordination?

We assist NDIS clients to reach their full potential by helping them find the right people and supports.

Our role includes helping clients in the following ways:

  • Feeling in control of their supports
  • Being fully informed about their available options
  • Improved confidence in their decisions
  • Maximising the effectiveness of their supports
  • Monitoring their current plan to ensure it is still meeting their needs and helping them make adjustments where necessary

NDIS Navigation

Our Client Engagement Coordinators are happy to help with helping clients and families understand their NDIS plans more or to explore different types of supports. NDIS funding can be complex and families and clients need time to decipher how best to use their supports.

YMCA of Bundaberg will support you to get in contact with your Local Area Coordinator, Support Coordinator and other stakeholders in your supports to ensure each person gets good quality support and advice.
